This eye catching cup is 100% biodegradable as it contains no melamine and is made from rice husks. It is also dishwasher or microwave safe and doesn’t stain. This cup will last for years if you look after it but once you are ready to dispose of the cup soak it in water overnight, crush and bury it in compost or soil. The rice husk cup will start to biodegrade in the soil within 6 months.
